All of our puppies are lovingly raised by our entire family.  With four preschool - high school age children, the puppies are played with and handled from the moment they are born.  The puppies have on multiple occasions been known to be seen wrapped in blankets, being pushed around the yard in strollers, or been snuck into the house as babies!  Our children actively take part in the care and raising of the puppies, with each having specific tasks involved with the puppies.  Our puppies are introduced to the crate for the 10 days prior to pickup.

We require a $600.00 Non-Refundable deposit to hold your Labrador puppy.  Puppies must be paid in full when they are picked up.  We accept final payments in the form of cash, credit card, cashiers check, or money order (NO CHECKS PLEASE).  We will accept a deposit in the form of a credit card or personal check made out to Rooster Valley Labradors.

Your deposit holds a puppy from the litter of your choosing which will be picked in the order the deposits are received on the day the pups are ready to leave.  Deposits are Non-Refundable.  We understand that everyone has a particular color/gender that they would prefer but, with a multi-color litter, guaranteeing a certain color and gender is not always possible.  When the puppies are born we will work our way down the list letting each family know what colors and genders would be available at their pick.  At that point we ask that you specify what color and gender you will be picking from the litter or that you would prefer to transfer to the next litter.  Deposits can be transferred as many times as you would like and still hold your spot on the list. Please indicate your top two/three choices when you send your deposit, knowing that there is a chance we won’t have your first, or even second, choice available.

We typically take the months of June-October off so that we can travel with our children during their summer vacation and so we don’t have puppies during Almond Harvest (Aug-Oct).

Reserve your puppy early as most are sold before they are born.
